Welcome to Cory Bretz Coaching. These Terms and Conditions govern your purchase and use of coaching services, workshops, programs, downloadable tools, and other products or services offered by Cory Bretz Coaching, based in British Columbia, Canada.

By purchasing or using our services or products, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

1. Coaching Services

Cory Bretz Coaching provides personal and professional coaching intended to support personal growth, self-awareness, goal setting, decision-making, mindset development, and positive change.

Coaching may be provided through individual coaching sessions, workshops, group programs, online courses, or other coaching-related services.

Coaching is a collaborative process. You are responsible for your own decisions, actions, choices, and results.

2. Coaching Disclaimer

Coaching is not psychotherapy, psychological treatment, medical care, diagnosis, or treatment of any medical or mental health condition.

Cory Bretz Coaching does not provide legal, financial, investment, accounting, or other professional advice. You should seek qualified professional advice when appropriate.

Coaching does not guarantee any particular outcome or result. Individual results depend on many factors, including your circumstances, choices, effort, participation, and actions.

If you are experiencing a medical or mental health concern, please consult an appropriately qualified healthcare professional.

3. Purchases and Payment

By purchasing a service or product from Cory Bretz Coaching, you agree to pay the price displayed at the time of purchase, together with any applicable taxes.

Services, programs, workshops, sessions, and downloadable products are subject to the terms described on the applicable sales or booking page as well as these Terms and Conditions.

4. Individual Coaching Sessions

Individual coaching sessions begin at the scheduled and purchased time.

If you arrive late, the session will still end at the originally scheduled time. The missed or unused portion of the session cannot be carried forward or added to a future session.

If you do not attend a scheduled session without providing the required cancellation notice, the session will be considered used and is not eligible for a refund or credit.

Additional coaching sessions may be purchased separately if you wish to continue coaching beyond your originally purchased sessions.

5. Cancellation and Rescheduling of Sessions and Workshops

For individual coaching sessions and workshops, you may cancel or request to reschedule with 48 hours or more notice.

When the required notice is provided, you may choose between:

• a full refund; or

• a credit toward a future coaching session or workshop.

Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice are generally not eligible for a refund or credit.

Cory Bretz Coaching may make reasonable exceptions to this policy at its discretion in unusual circumstances.

6. Coaching Programs

For coaching programs, you may cancel your participation at any time.

If you cancel, Cory Bretz Coaching will provide a pro-rated refund or credit based on the percentage of the program time that remains unused.

The amount of any refund or credit will be calculated according to the portion of the program time that has not yet been used or delivered to you.

Where a program includes multiple components, such as group coaching sessions, individual coaching sessions, online course materials, workshops, or other resources, the pro-rated amount may take into account the portions of the program already received or made available to you.

7. Downloadable Products

Cory Bretz Coaching offers a 100% money-back guarantee on downloadable products.

If you purchase a downloadable product and decide that it is not right for you, you may request a refund.

The refund will be for 100% of the purchase price of the downloadable product.

8. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, all materials provided by Cory Bretz Coaching, including worksheets, downloadable tools, course materials, videos, written content, exercises, templates, and other resources, are the intellectual property of Cory Bretz Coaching or its licensors.

Your purchase gives you a personal, non-exclusive right to use purchased materials for your own personal use.

You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, upload, share commercially, or create derivative products from Cory Bretz Coaching materials without prior written permission.

9. Confidentiality

Cory Bretz Coaching will make reasonable efforts to respect the privacy and confidentiality of information shared during coaching.

However, confidentiality cannot be guaranteed in circumstances where disclosure is required by law or where information is voluntarily shared by you in a group coaching, workshop, or other setting involving other participants.

Participants in group programs and workshops are expected to respect the privacy of other participants and not disclose personal information shared by them.

10. Client Responsibility

You understand that coaching is a collaborative process and that you remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and wellbeing.

You agree to participate honestly and respectfully and to use your own judgment when deciding whether to act on any ideas, exercises, suggestions, or information discussed during coaching.

11. Changes to Services

Cory Bretz Coaching reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or discontinue a service, workshop, program, or other offering when reasonably necessary.

If Cory Bretz Coaching cancels a service or is unable to provide a purchased service, you will be offered an appropriate alternative, credit, rescheduling option, or refund as applicable.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Cory Bretz Coaching is not responsible for indirect, incidental, consequential, or other losses arising from your participation in coaching or use of our products and services.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable Canadian or British Columbia law.

13. Privacy

Personal information collected through the website, booking process, purchases, and coaching relationship will be handled in accordance with applicable privacy laws and Cory Bretz Coaching's privacy practices.

14. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the applicable laws of Canada.

Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions or services provided by Cory Bretz Coaching will be subject to the applicable courts of British Columbia, Canada.

15. Changes to These Terms

Cory Bretz Coaching may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. The current version published on this website will apply to purchases made after the effective date shown above.
